If you can’t lick ’em, leave him in the fridge.

The man who SEC fans love to hate can now be served on your pancakes.

A life-size likeness of Ohio State coach Urban Meyer has been made from butter and is on display at the Ohio State Fair, which opened today in Columbus.

He’s joined by rich and yellowy likenesses of Ohio State mascot Brutus, the CFP national championship trophy and two Ohio State football helmets.

There’s also a cow made from butter.

It took about 2,000 pounds of butter to make the sculptures.

Meyer led Ohio State to the CFP national title with a 42-20 victory over Oregon. The Buckeyes defeated Alabama in a national semifinal game in the Sugar bowl.

In May, Nick Saban was immortalized riding an elephant on a groom’s wedding cake.

The inside was orange and blue, though.

The bride is a Florida fan.
